     • Visit kidsage.ai on a web browser.
     • Log in with your credentials to access the parent dashboard.
2. How to Subscribe:
   • Through the Mobile App:
     • Download the Kidsage app from the App Store or Google Play Store
     • Open the app. If you already have a play code, enter it on the screen provided.
     • Tap the “Subscribe” button (or “Try for Free”) and follow these steps:
       • Enter your email and birth year.
         (Email is used for dashboard credentials, and the birth year confirms parental access—it’s not stored or shared.)
       • Confirm your subscription through the store (App Store or Google Play).
     • After subscribing, you’ll receive a pop-up with your child’s play code, which you can save for future use.
     • You’ll also receive an email with your dashboard login credentials and play code.
   • Through the Website:
     • Open any web browser on your desktop or laptop and go to kidsage.ai.
     • If you already have a subscription, click “Play Game” to start playing.
     • If not, log in or sign up by clicking “Login” or “Parent” from the navigation bar.
     • Once logged in, create your child’s account by entering the required details.
     • Start your free trial by providing your card details.
     • Your child’s play code will be available in the “Children” section of the dashboard.
3. How to Create a Child Profile:
   • Log in to the parent dashboard at kidsage.ai.
   • Click the “Create Child Profile” button on the top section of the dashboard or go to the “Children” section.
   • Enter the necessary details to create your child’s profile.
   • You’ll find your child’s credentials, including the play code, in the “Children” section.
4. How to Check Child Reports:
   • Log in to the parent dashboard on kidsage.ai.
   • View your child’s last session reports directly on the home page.
   • For detailed progress reports, go to the “Children” section via the sidebar.
   • Select your child’s profile to see insights on learning progress, completed activities, and areas for improvement.
5. What Happens When You Subscribe Through the Mobile Game/Mobile Store:
   • Subscriptions made through the mobile store (App Store or Google Play) are linked to your account and provide the same access to all premium features.
   • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your dashboard credentials and play code.
   • We recommend changing your password after subscribing for security.
6. How to change my password:
   • Go to kidsage.ai and log in to the dashboard.
   • Navigate to the “Profile” section via the sidebar.
   • Click the “Reset Password” button to change your password.
   • Alternatively, click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password via email.
7. How to cancel my subscription:
   • If You Subscribed via the Mobile App (Play Store or App Store):
     • Open the App Store (for iOS) or Play Store (for Android) on your device.
     • Navigate to your subscriptions section.
     • Select “Kidsage” from the list of active subscriptions.
     • Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

     • Open the chat feature and connect with our chatbot.
     • Request to cancel your subscription, and a ticket will be created for you.
